especially dried mangoes :D
i cant express how much i love them in words. that lushious, sweet zingy flavour.
that's how i spent the morning in the clinic today.
uploading the cds onto the hard drives and munching marichelle's phillipines dried mangoes..yumyum.
then kayhwee came for his wisdom tooth op.
which invited many observers somehow. the 2 st nicks girls, the french school year 10 guy, and of course his dearest grandbuddy -me!
hours later, siti suddenly screamed my name in the pantry.
"justina!!! i forgot to return your friend his IC!"
and my sotong grandbuddy didnt realize either so i guess her exasperation was quite unrequired.
work ended early and i popped by cotton on at wisma to get the dark grey long cardigan.
it's very bad but somehow after giving tuition i have tendencies to buy something to indulge.
=X
anyway these days i realize paradigms are shifting, or maybe, my thought patterns are changing.
if there's one thing working in the clinic has done to me, apart from all the dental knowledge that is, is that it has shifted my views about marriage.
perhaps at nineteen it's too early to talk about marriage, perhaps i dont even understand.
and the idea of spending forever with someone is just so foreign, maybe because i've never met anyone i can see forever with.
but i was just thinking. fussy as we are at nineteen, maybe when we are 25-30, what we look for in a lifelong companion would self-alter. not for someone we can gaze at forever and not be bored, or someone who makes us feel special. but for someone who can provide a stable future for us.
rarr the pains of growing up.
suddenly i remember the korea tour guide saying that these days korea has twice as many boys as girls. so in future many of the boys wont get to marry. either that or they import vietnamese/thai/philippino wives. ha ha ha
on a separate note, my shoulders are aching like crazy. at this point of time i wont mind one of those javanese back massages where someone steps all over your back. crack crack crack.
