the sky is blue with clouds, did you notice?

justina's going to be a busy girl from now on. 5.5day full time work, blacks training on tues, thurs and an stl match every sat, tutoring on friday night and sunday evening. rrrrr.
xueting and i went for the airshow today (which supposedly delayed wei's flight from phuket back by 2 hours muahaha). it was quite fun seeing the displays right before your very eyes, not to mention we managed to take some lovely, retarded photos. i think the best thing there was the heart in the sky formed by jet streamers. super pretty! photos up soon :)
but the silly shuttle bus queues kinda took the fun out of the event. it's seriously no joke when you have to queue 1hour+ to board the shuttle bus to the site, and another 1hour+ to board it back. zzzzzz. not to be insulting but i thought the crowd control officers were quite inefficient, cause they made everyone board only ONE bus at a time, despite the long row of chartered buses queueing up to ferry passengers.
dinner at thai asian kitchen was pretty good. had crispy chicken chop la mien which was yummy..hmm and their xiaolongbaos were not bad too! comparable to din tai fung and crystal jade. still im not as big a sucker for xiaolongbao as xueting is..she can gobble down a few longs (baskets) of it at once i bet :P
went to tutor rachie after that :D it was good seeing her after like weeks or months..and its good that we're gg to see each other every sunday for tuition now! hahaha.
on the bus ride home a single thought flooded my mind.
"if we have everything material and prestigious but not love, what are we?"
it opened a whole can of worms and i've yet to sort each thought out clearly enough to conclude, but it's some food for thought for everyone still. what do we want in life? money? things? status? good relationships? experiences?
or are we searching for something more?

make that 50 thousand odd. yes it was quite crazy but the pple didnt look that grumpy :P after all the exhibition had a lot of freebies for them.
