i think i've never appreciated the existence of windows more in my life. in the sims and the sims 2, windows were an integral part of every house i built, if otherwise, the house would be in total darkness. but yet that wasnt sufficient in bringing out the full essence of windows. now what is this full essence?

one word.

VENTILATION.

and nope it's not random at all. i woke up this morning feeling SUPER hot this morning and the first thing which came to my mind was the my aircon got stabbed by the bamboo pole and still wasnt functioning (for more details on this, scroll a few entries back). then i saw it. the WINDOW. and yes the natural reaction was to open THE WINDOW. and whooooosh in blew a lovely, invited, calming, soothing -i cant even begin to describe how wonderful- gust of wind from THE WINDOW.

ahhhhhh. shiok :D

i suspect all the windows were closely initially because of my lizard-fearing sister who claims lizards always crawl in through THE WINDOW. oh well but yes that is true, i'll admit.

anyway on another note, the morning rain today was horrifying. thank God i got to school early while the rain was still light. following which, it became some maniacal storm. people got to school soaked. and worse of all, all the random bits litter that the campaigners left in the Ozone were blown and scattered all over the grass patch outside the council room.

to end off...today officially marks my new beginning, the fresh slate! yep its gonna be a muggertoad term ^^
