ahhh i just watched 'i am sam' on channel 5. such a nice touching movie! =') its abt a mentally disabled father bringing up a daughter. but because pple think he isnt able to do so complications arised and the whole case was brought to court. simple storyline..it wasnt too dramatised which was good. one of the rare movies that got me tearing. -sniff

another unproductive day gone by. my suspicions that my home has a sleepy aura have almost been confirmed. all i did today was to read through amines, which was pretty much like bio revision. spent the rest of the day sleeping.

okay shiwei just told me to blog abt her. so there. shiwei shiwei shiwei! the poor girl has been hiccupping for the past 15 minutes and somehow holding her breath or drinking water didnt work. what an interesting case. hurhur =)

i rmbr waking up today aching all over from skating on friday. not to mention with a blister on my right foot. oww owwww. anyhow ytd was fun (: macro skates! that was our 9 hours long cip project -- helping out at the 24/48 hour in line skating event at expo hall 7! haha.

we were supposed to be marshalls, i.e door guards to ensure no one crosses the expert skating track which surrounded the hall. which we did for awhile (jl, i am NOT a watchpig!!), but in the end it was pretty much a skating event for us all, fun fun fun! (: yayy i learnt how ta skate. after 1 session of ice skating sometime last year. hahaha. fell down only twice on my butt, which is where flabby butts come in useful as shock absorbers. not like benjamin! mwahaha that boy fell down until his white pants turned black.

jinhan and i helped 2 small girls find skates, put on their protective knee and arm paddings and ended up teaching them how to skate too cos the instructor was too busy. benjamin then commented that i "can teach pple to skate but cant skate myself" hrmpf. hahaha.

xz and i went to food expo for dinner! woohhhh that place is quite interesting :D there's a lot of different types of food. then we went to visit jiahui and jinwei at the registration booth and ended up taking the fat test. gooooshhh. what a horror. i happened to be still eating my soup when taking the test and got suanned by the guy there.

"wah take fat test still eat."

ahhhh. then the results came out and he was comparing my results to the "normal" standards and trying to find the most polite ways to inform me of my fatness.

*pointing at the normal range chart* "your fat percentage...*long pause*...okay la. just a bit on the high end."
>.< "your bmi...*another long pause*...okay la. but can work on it."

hahaha oh mannn. then it was xz's turn and again he was trying to find polite methods. after that jiahui was trying to get hold of my receipt of height/weight/fat% to see but his attempts were quite futile (thankfully!) .
