just deleted my previous post because the html of it screwed up. that's the problem when you have html detectors in entry posts, they detect what they should and *poof* 90% of your entry vanishes! haha.

i havent mugged today and i really shld. was abt to sit down and mug in the council room when shaun asked me to go and help out at sweet affair stall from 3-4pm because both he and kahguat discovered they have lessons. hohoho!

so there i sat..rather bored with chem notes in one hand. then yihong came along and accompanied me. AND DID MY CHEM OUTLINE while i poked marshmallows, rolled them in chocolate and scooped popcorn. haha grrrrh yihong...!!

more pple came along to kachao me at the booth subsequently..i suspect it was because i looked rather pathetic trying to man the stall alone..haha! wanfook dropped by and later sat down, wanchee dropped by, reuben, nazi, linc and dono who else were also there for some time. business was not bad considering the weird hours where the canteen is relatively sparsely populated.

anyway i had quite an interesting encounter with mr teo, an econs lecturer also. his students bullied him into buying marshmallows with choc fondue for them and so he ordered 3 sticks. i told him it was discounted and he came up with a very -.- econs-based statement.

"because its the end of the day, you can sell at cheaper rates as fixed costs has already been covered"

oh my goodness. so i came up with a little retorting statement.

"sir we would like to practice price discrimination. teachers price is hence $2 a stick instead of $1"

and then he went "then you shld charge me cheap rates"

WHY!! that does not make economic sense..does it? hmmm =\

anyhow i ended up having to sit there until 440 waiting for a happy little kahguat to throt down and congratulate me for selling everything out. hahaha. and guess how she repaid me later? by poking my back with her chocolatey fingers -____-
i ended up going home with 2 chocolate spots on the back of my blouse..LOL

anyway yes i still havent done chem and maths tutorials for tmrw, and its 1.53am already so i think i shall chiong it tmrw morning and during break! :D feeling quite happy now..because God has just honoured a little prayer that i've been lifting up since last week. thank You Lord, that really made things a lot easier..when i was trying to think so hard how to best break the news..and it just came naturally.
