first day of term 2 was pretty good :) thank God. econs in the morning was a big horror because we discovered that our dearest tutor (shall not mention who here) is our econs lecturer for this module! gosh. no idea how to put how i feel about that in words..it falls inbetween being stunned and annoyed. O.O but actually i think she's better off conducting lectures than tutorials at least =P

bio lect on mitosis was pretty alright :) just really glad i didnt feel like falling asleep during the lecture..recharged!

GP! hahaha! so glad that the speech presentation is over, it was fun, sweet and short. i think i had like one of the shortest speeches in class, but it was nicely adhering to the stipulated 1 min time frame, of which many others overlooked / estimated that they could speak a lot in abt a min. HEH =P xinzi's speech targeted to DIARY COWS was very cute, not to mention that she was controlling not to laugh all the time. udder ulcers =P
ms tan was super amusing after the speech while we were doing the student services survey. she came up to siok and went:
ms tan: siokyen i didnt know you could speak so well, you are normally so quiet.
at this point siok and i are alr on the verge of laughing.
me: ms tan nooooo she is not quiet! (siok laughs)
ms tan: but she normally speaks so little in class.
me: ms tan you are quite delusioned. you even thought i was quiet!
ms tan: i've changed my mind about that already.
HAHAHAHHAHAHA!
yes for those who do not know ms tan told me im getting more alive from being quiet during class learning journey a couple of weeks ago. HAHAH! *halo* =)

bio lab was fun =) it was a surprise test thing which involved a practical. making yeast alginate beads! they're like so and squishy..very cute =D and then dropping them into hydrogen peroxide. etc etc. my 'sister' as usual was very entertaining with his ummm..strange remarks during carrying out experiment. like "oooh which is the next lucky ball?" O.O then he declares he is strange and doesnt know why. and this cycle repeats itself every bio lab session and sometimes chem too. really amusing =P

touch ruggggby french school invitational matches! we played for the first half of 10 min, then it started raining. somehow the crazy referee still wanted to carry on with the match despite the large droplets of rain which were hindering our sight and soaking us thoroughly. so we did. then i touched someone and i slipped and fell. mingrue got touched and she slipped and fell. then siok got touched and she slipped and fell. only then finally did the referee decide to stop the match. he later resumed it when it was still raining heavily, but this time we were rather reluctant to play already cos we kept slipping and falling unlike the other team because they had boots. hrmpf. this really tiny sized girl from LFS then zoomed around with the ball and we all couldnt touch her until quite some distance because we couldnt lunge out and move faster enough O.O hahaha. then thunder and lightning stroke. it was quite scary being in the middle of the field when that happened. the match was called off. hoho. actually playing in the rain was quite shiok, or rather quite siok =) hehe.

reached home and took off my soaked shoes and socks. my toes looked as if they emerged from the morgue. eeeeee. but today was good anyway =) discipline, discipline, and more discipline for this term!
